Returns Policy and Procedure
For website, mail and phone order sales:
- We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery (cooling off period).
- Please notify us of your intention to return a product.
- You must return within 14 days of telling us you want to return the product.
- Shipping costs for a return are your responsibility.
- On receipt of goods, you will receive an immediate refund.
